Thank you for visiting us at Hampers & blooms!

We do our best and are devoted to provide excellent quality and costumer service. Whilst we do our best to create replications of the pictured hampers, the composition of the hampers and adorning flowers may vary due to season and availability. 

If any of the products are unavailable Hampers & Blooms reserve the right to substitute pictured products for those of similar nature and of higher or equal value. Pictured flowers, succulents and dry flowers may be replaced for items of similar colour or style and of higher or equal value due to seasonal availability,.

Hampers & blooms delivers exclusively within the Brisbane region. All prices on our website include the appropriate taxes.

Delivery

• All our delivery services are available for next day delivery from Monday to Sunday.
• The price for each delivery suburb can be found on our delivery information page here, If the desired delivery suburb if not listed please email us a [email protected] 
• An additional $10 surcharge will apply for orders to be delivered on Sundays.
• If the order delivery address provided is incorrect, an additional surcharge will apply to redeliver your order. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date/time.
• If there is no one home at the time of delivery, our couriers will attempt to contact you or the recipient before leaving the hamper in the best and safest location possible, according to the instructions provided by you when placing the order.
• If the courier deems the delivery location unsafe to leave the order (dog or locked gate), we will attempt to call you to arrange a new delivery date/time. An additional surcharge will apply to redeliver your order
• Orders will arrive before 5PM to residential addresses, and before COB to business addresses. 
  Whilst we do our best to deliver your order as early as possible, specific time deliveries cannot be guaranteed, in special cases evening deliveries may be organised due to unforeseen circumstances
• All prices are in Australian dollars.

Cancellations and Changes

Refunds are not accepted. No cancellations will be allowed. We are generally unable to offer a refund as the gifts will already be in preparation or transit. However special cases will be assessed on a case by case basis. If you have any issues with your order please contact us at [email protected]
